iKegger Mini Beer Keg Premium White 5L

The iKegger Mini Beer Keg White – 5L is a vacuum-insulated stainless steel mini keg for storing, carbonating and dispensing beer, cocktails and other beverages in a practical 5-litre format. Its pressure-rated construction, integrated handles and double-wall insulation make it suitable for homebrewers, home bars, parties, barbecues, camping trips and mobile draft service.

5L mini keg for homebrew and controlled carbonation
Instead of filling multiple bottles, you can transfer homebrewed beer directly from the fermenter into the cleaned and sanitised keg. Natural carbonation works in the same way as bottle conditioning while allowing the beer to be stored and served from one compact pressure vessel. With a compatible CO₂ regulator and dispensing setup, beer can also be force carbonated directly inside the keg. Alternatively, you can fill it with finished, ready-to-drink beer, cider or another suitable beverage and use it as a portable draft container. The 5L capacity provides enough volume for small homebrew batches, parties and shared serving without requiring a full-size keg. It is particularly useful for brewers who want to reduce bottle washing, simplify packaging and serve fresh beer directly from the keg.

Insulated keg for summer drinks and home-bar service
The double-wall vacuum insulation helps keep beverages cold for hours, making the keg suitable for garden parties, picnics, events and outdoor service. Its white powder-coated finish provides a clean home-bar appearance, while the integrated handles make the keg easier to carry and position. In addition to beer, the keg can be used for filtered pre-batched cocktails, Aperol Spritz, Hugo, Gin and Tonic, cider, wine spritzers, lemonade and soda water. Carbonated drinks can be maintained under CO₂ pressure and dispensed in a controlled way without preparing every serving individually. For reliable dispensing, fill the keg only with well-mixed liquids. Ice cubes, fruit pieces, herbs, seeds and coarse pulp should not be placed inside, as they may block the dip tube or tap. Add orange slices, mint, berries and other garnishes directly to the glass when serving. The iKegger Mini Keg is available in different configurations, allowing you to choose the version that matches your existing equipment or planned draft setup.

Questions & Answers
Can homebrewed beer naturally carbonate in the 5L mini keg?
Yes. Beer can naturally carbonate inside the keg in the same way as bottle-conditioned beer. Use an appropriate priming rate and a pressure-rated configuration.

Can I force carbonate beverages in the keg?
Yes. With a compatible CO₂ regulator, gas connection and iKegger tap or ball lock setup, beer and other suitable drinks can be force carbonated directly in the keg.

Can I fill beer directly from the fermenter?
Yes. Transfer the finished beer into the cleaned and sanitised keg as gently as possible to minimise oxygen exposure.

Can I use the keg for Aperol Spritz and other summer drinks?
Yes. The keg is suitable for filtered pre-batched drinks such as Aperol Spritz, Hugo, Gin and Tonic, cider and wine spritzers. Keep fruit pieces, herbs, ice and garnishes outside the keg.

Is the keg insulated?
Yes. Double-wall vacuum insulation helps keep the contents cold for several hours.

Which configuration do I need for dispensing?
Choose the version with a Ball Lock Spear or iKegger 2.0 Tap if you want to connect the keg to a compatible pressure and dispensing system. The screw-cap version cannot dispense on its own.
