Why Does iKegger Exist?

One. We love beer, first and foremost. We love being able to take our favourite beers home from a brewery, or taking them anywhere from home without them geting warm, flat or going off.

Two. We love coffee, cocktails and all the other great drinks our kegs dispense while keeping them cold (or warm) and making us look like pros when we pour a perfect espresso martini time after time.

Three. We hate waste. After a combined 40 years working in pubs, bars and breweries we have seen the huge amount of packaging waste produced for beverages. Despite how great recycling is, it has nothing on refilling and reusing..

That was the base idea. It came to us in the pub, like most great ideas, while waiting in line on a Sunday afternoon in 2015.

When we started seriously thinking about it, we realised iKeggers would also provide a way for local breweries, kombucha makers, coffee roasters etc to sell takeaway beverages without any loss of beverage quality or packaging being used.

Stainless gear designed to last a lifetime is not a sound business model (our bank manager keeps reminding us) but we are proud to contribute to a better future for our customers, local businesses, and the environment.

We have also donated over $50k to Australian charities like the Cancer Council, Clean Up Australia and GIVIT from our sales.
