Fivestar PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) 450g

Fivestar PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) is an alkaline cleaning agent designed for removing organic residues such as proteins, hop resins, beer stone, sugars, and more. It is suitable for cleaning all your brewing equipment and is also safe to use on soft metals like brass, copper, and aluminum.

• Environmentally friendly and biodegradable alternative to chlorine-based cleaners

• Effectively removes protein soils, caked-on fatty acids, and carbon build-up

• Suitable for CIP (Clean-In-Place) applications

Dosage:
– Light soil: 7–14 g per liter of warm water
– Heavy soil: 21 g per liter of warm water

Dissolve the appropriate amount of PBW in warm water depending on the level of soiling. Apply the solution to all surfaces using a sponge or allow it to soak for up to 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. When handling cleaning agents, we recommend wearing gloves and safety goggles.

Important safety information:

• Keep the container tightly sealed after use and store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place

• Always store upright to prevent leakage

• Keep out of reach of children!

• Do not use on Teflon!
