


This 2 Inch Tri-Clamp Hop Bong Pressure Pack for FermZilla lets you add dry hops (and similar additions like spices, sugar or fruit purée) without introducing oxygen. Using the included NC universal valves (Ball Lock) you can pressurise and purge the Hop Bong with CO₂ before dropping the hops, which helps minimise oxidation during dry hopping.
The Hop Bong can be pressurised as well, so you can dry hop even when your beer is already spunded. The 2" Tri-Clamp butterfly valve makes the drop-in clean and controlled.
Compatibility: designed for FermZilla. With a 2" to 1.5" Tri-Clamp adapter plus 1.5" Tri-Clamp clamp + 1.5" gasket, it can also be used on Grainfather fermenters and Brew Monk 30L / 55L stainless fermenters. Note: the included pressure kit is for FermZilla tanks only.
Capacity and dimensions: Hop Bong capacity approx. 150 g pellet hops; overall kit height approx. 37 cm.
Dry hopping process (condensed): close the butterfly valve, open the top lid, add hops, close again; pressurise the Hop Bong with CO₂ to about 0.5–1.0 bar, then vent via the PRV; repeat the purge 1–2× if desired. For non-pressure fermentations, fully release tank pressure before opening the valve to drop hops; for spunded beer, pressurise the Hop Bong to the same spunding pressure, then open the valve.
