Cold. Fresh. Ready to Pour.

The Pornstar Martini is one of the most popular modern cocktails and works especially well as a cold batch serve in the iKegger system.

This guide is built for the Pornstar Martini Package with 2L and 5L keg options. The 1.8 litre batch below is designed for the 2L keg, while the 5L version can take up to 2.5x the same recipe.

Pornstar Martini Batch Recipe (1.8 Litres)

  • 400 ml Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
  • 150 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (e.g. Passoa)
  • 330 ml Boiron Passion Fruit Purée
  • 250 ml Still Water
  • 150 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 120 ml Lime Juice
  • 300 ml Sparkling Wine
  • 100 g Ice
  • Total: 1.8 Litres

Batch Size & Package Note

The 1.8 litre batch is intended for the 2L keg. For the 5L keg, the recipe can be scaled up to approximately 2.5x.

The included passion fruit purée is sized for 3 servings of 1.8 litres.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients directly into the keg.
  2. Add the ice for initial chilling.
  3. Seal the keg and shake thoroughly to combine everything.
  4. Connect the CO₂ gas and pressurise to 10psi.
  5. Pour gently using the push-button tap.

Push-Button Tap

The push-button system is designed for a gentle pour. Do not press the button all the way down, otherwise the pour can become messy. Press lightly and serve softly.

The included CO₂ setup is designed for quick, reliable dispensing and fast results at home.

Serving Notes

Served this way, the Pornstar Martini is cold, fresh and ready to pour in seconds.

The keg keeps the batch prepared and easy to serve without mixing every drink individually.
