Aperol Spritz in a Mini Keg | Recipe & How-To

    Recipe & How-To

Aperol Spritz in a Mini Keg

    Light. Bittersweet. Ready to Pour.

The classic Aperol Spritz is made for summer: Prosecco, Aperol and soda water served cold with ice and orange.

This guide uses the classic 3:2:1 ratio. Start with the 2L recipe below, double it for a 4L keg or use three times the recipe for a 5L keg.

Aperol Spritz Batch Recipe — 2L Keg

    • 1 bottle Prosecco (750ml)
    • 500ml Aperol
    • 250ml soda water
    • Ice as needed, depending on preferred dilution
    • Orange slices for serving
    • Liquid total: 1.5 litres

    Classic ratio

    3Prosecco
    2Aperol
    1Soda

    4L Keg · 2×

    2 bottles Prosecco (1.5L)
    1L Aperol
    500ml soda
1–2 trays ice, depending on preferred dilution

    5L Keg · 3×

    3 bottles Prosecco (2.25L)
    1.5L Aperol
    750ml soda
1–2 trays ice, depending on preferred dilution

    Method

    1. Chill the Prosecco, Aperol, soda water and keg before you start.
    2. Add all liquid ingredients and the desired amount of ice directly to the keg.
    3. Gently swirl to combine. Do not shake the carbonated batch.
    4. Attach the iKegger 2.0 tap and regulator, then insert a 16g CO₂ bulb.
    5. Increase the pressure only until the cocktail pours cleanly.
    6. Pour over ice, garnish with an orange slice and serve.

    Use Gentle Pressure

Prosecco and soda are already carbonated. Use only the pressure needed for dispensing.

    Keep It Fresh

CO₂ replaces the drink in the headspace as you pour, helping the remaining batch stay carbonated.

    What You Need

Use an iKegger Mini Keg with the 2.0 tap and regulator, then dispense with CO₂ to keep the cocktail sparkling.

    Serving Larger Batches

For frequent use or larger events, connect a SodaStream cylinder or standard CO₂ tank using the iKegger 2.0 Remote Gas Line and suitable adapter.
