IKegger 1.0 Tapping Head | Double Ball Lock Keg and Growler Spear

The iKegger 1.0 Tapping Head , also known as the Double Ball Lock Spear, is the most versatile tapping solution in the iKegger system. Designed for use with kegs and compatible growlers, this spear allows you to force carbonate, counter-pressure fill, and dispense your drinks with ease – whether upright or lying down.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the spear features standard ball lock (NC) posts for both gas and liquid. This makes it fully compatible with all common disconnects – whether you prefer standard plastic or premium stainless steel options. Thanks to integrated check valves in both posts, you can disconnect your regulator or tap at any time without losing pressure or spilling beer.

The spear includes a flexible silicone dip tube that you can cut to fit the internal height of your keg. This setup allows for horizontal storage and dispensing, as the beer intake always stays at the lowest point. The built-in overpressure relief valve offers both automatic and manual control, giving you maximum safety and flexibility during use.

The iKegger 1.0 spear shares the same connection layout as classic 19 L Cornelius kegs, allowing you to daisy-chain multiple kegs or perform clean keg-to-keg transfers. This makes it ideal not only for mobile dispensing but also for carbonation, storage, and advanced serving setups.
