FermZilla All Rounder 60L - Starter Kit

FermZilla All Rounder 60L - Starter Kit is a pressure-capable PET fermenter for 45–50L batches, ideal for Grainfather G40, BrewZilla 35/65L Braumeister 50L, Brewtools B40 or Brew Monk B40 or B50.

The FermZilla All Rounder 60L gives you a cost-effective way to ferment larger batches in a compact, fridge-friendly form factor. With the optional pressure kit, you can run pressure fermentation and carbonate in the same vessel (unitank-style), keeping oxygen pickup low from fermentation through to transfer.

With the optional FermZilla Pressure Kit, you can convert the All Rounder into a simple unitank-style setup: ferment under pressure and carbonate in the same vessel. With that kit installed, you can also run closed, pressure transfers into stainless kegs to minimise oxygen pickup. If you want oxygen-minimised dry hopping, the FermZilla Hop Bong system allows CO₂ purging of hop additions and hop drops even on already spunded beer.

For temperature-controlled fermentation, the All Rounder can be paired with the FermZilla Temp Twister coil and a thermowell (plus a controller, pump, and a cooling/heating medium such as an ice bath or glycol setup). Using an insulation jacket helps keep fermentation temperature more stable and improves cooling efficiency.

Important notes

• Before first use under pressure, do a leak test with water at 1 bar.

• The All Rounder is not designed for direct bottle filling (no bottom tap). Bottling is possible via counter-pressure filling; alternatively, siphon from the top.

• Read the manual before first use. Incorrect handling is not a basis for claims.

Safety limits

• Never exceed 50°C liquid temperature.

• When used under pressure: at 35°C fermentation temperature or higher, do not exceed 0.4 bar.

• Protect from direct sunlight.

• When used under pressure, the manufacturer recommends a pressure test every 2 years. The printed date on the tank is the validity date of the pressure rating test (not a best-before date). After expiry, re-test according to the manual (recommended method: variant 3b) before continuing pressure use.

• Minor dents/bulges from shipping or handling can occur and do not reduce integrity; slight deformation from vacuum during cold crash can also occur and typically returns once the vessel is pressurised again.
