FermZilla Allrounder Starter Kit 60L Easy-Grip - with Pressure Kit & Spunding Valve

The FermZilla Allrounder Starter Kit 60L Easy-Grip - with Pressure Kit & Spunding Valve is a cost-effective pressure-rated PET fermenter for larger homebrewing batches of 45–50 litres of wort. The FermZilla Allrounder 60L Easy-Grip is a large pressure-capable fermenter with a wide opening, transparent PET body, reinforced Hex base and Easy-Grip lid ring.

The FermZilla Allrounder 60L is ideal for homebrewers using systems such as the Grainfather G40 or S40, Speidel Braumeister 50L, Brewtools B40 or BrewZilla 65L. Its large capacity makes it well suited for bigger batches where a simple, pressure-rated and easy-to-clean fermenter is required. The wide top opening makes filling and manual cleaning easier, while the transparent PET body allows you to monitor fermentation activity directly. The Easy-Grip lid ring makes opening and closing the lid easier, especially during cleaning, filling and pressure testing.

Thanks to the included pressure kit with two NC carbonation caps for gas and liquid, plus silicone dip tube with float and filter, the FermZilla Allrounder is ready for pressure fermentation. A BlowTie spunding valve with pressure gauge is also included, allowing you to control fermentation pressure during use. This means you can ferment beer, ferment under pressure and carbonate directly in the fermenter.

If you can keep the fermenter cold, finished beer can even be served directly from the FermZilla Allrounder. For direct dispensing, you need a CO2 source and a tap. With a suitable transfer kit, beer can also be transferred into stainless steel kegs with minimal oxygen exposure. This is especially useful for hop-forward beers, where oxygen pickup can quickly affect aroma, colour and freshness. With a Hop Bong Kit, small or large hop additions can be added with minimal oxygen exposure without opening the fermenter.

For temperature-controlled fermentation, the FermZilla Allrounder can be expanded with compatible accessories such as the FermZilla Twister cooling coil, FermZilla thermowell and FermZilla specialist lid. This allows connection to a suitable glycol chiller or cooling unit for stable fermentation temperature control. Stable temperature control is especially useful for lager fermentation, pressure fermentation and repeatable brewing results. To reduce light exposure and condensation during fermentation, we also recommend using the matching FermZilla insulating jacket.

NOTE

Before first use under pressure, we recommend performing a pressure test with water at 1 bar to check that all connections are leak-free. The FermZilla Allrounder is not designed for direct bottle filling and does not include a tap. Bottling is possible with suitable counter-pressure filling equipment. Alternatively, a siphon can be used from the top.

WARNING

Read the instruction manual before first use. Improper handling may void warranty claims. Liquids in the FermZilla must never exceed 50°C. When using the FermZilla under pressure at fermentation temperatures of 35°C or higher, pressure must not exceed 0.4 bar. Protect the FermZilla from direct sunlight. When used under pressure, a pressure test should be carried out periodically according to the instructions. After testing, the FermZilla can be used as normal.

Minor dents or small indentations may occur during shipping or handling. These do not affect the integrity of the fermenter. The FermZilla is designed to tolerate slight deformation, including vacuum effects during cold crashing. Once positive pressure is applied again, these deformations will largely return to normal.
