This package is built for cold, controlled cocktail service with a compact draft setup. Released to celebrate 10 years of iKegger, the white anniversary keg edition marks the launch of the first iKegger system in December 2015. The 5L version is a numbered limited edition, with only 120 units produced worldwide. Built from vacuum insulated 304 stainless steel with a white powder-coated finish, the keg is designed for repeated use, hygienic cleaning and reliable beverage storage.

The keg can be used for finished cocktails ready to serve, and depending on your setup, it can also be integrated into carbonation and dispensing systems. About the Boiron Passion Fruit Purée

Boiron Passion Fruit Purée, 1L is a pasteurised fruit purée made from 100% passion fruit for controlled fruit addition in beverages and cocktail preparation. It delivers a clear passion fruit aroma with noticeable fruit acidity and can be used directly without additional preparation.

With a defined 13 °Bx Brix value and a pH of 3.15, the purée offers consistent and reproducible use. The pasteurised format supports clean handling, while the 100% fruit composition provides a technically reliable ingredient for fruit-forward cocktail builds and beverage recipes.

Storage:
Unopened, store below 25 °C and protect from direct heat. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 15 days.
