Usa la configurazione nitro per preparare bevande che di solito verrebbero agitate per dare una schiuma schiumosa, come un martini espresso o un whisky sour. Usando azoto puro e lasciandolo in infusione per alcune ore prima di versare, si ottiene una bella schiuma a cascata come una Guinness Stout!

Ich habe mir das Set mit Zapfhahn, Druckminderer, Adapter für Sodastream Kartuschen und der Remote-Leitung gekauft. Aktuell reift das Bier direkt in dem 4l Fass. Aus Interesse habe ich vorher die Zeit und Temperatur gemessen, wie lange es benötigt um 4l Flüssigkeit in dem isolierten Fass herunterzukühlen. (Das es länger dauert als in einem Standard KEG ist mir dabei völlig bewusst.) Ich habe hierfür zwei Versuchsreihen gestartet: Versuch 1: Kühlschrank bei ca. 5°C Die Flüssigkeit hatte eine Ausgangstemperatur von 21,6° nach 135h (5 1/2 Tage) im Kühlschrank war eine Temperatur von circa 7,5°C erreicht. Versuch 2: Gefrierschrank bei ca. -18°C Die Flüssigkeit hatte eine Ausgangstemperatur von 19,3°C nach 30h im Gefrierschrank war eine Temperatur von circa 3,3°C erreicht. Versuch 1.2: Temperaturanstieg bei Raumtemperatur ca. 21°C Die Temperatur der Flüssigkeit erhöhte sich innerhalb von 9,5h bei Raumtemperatur von 7,6°C auf 9,3°C (Anstieg um 1,7°C)

I normally stick with 19l kegs, but this is a great addition to my set up. It comes with full, well-explained instructions, solidly built, well packaged. Very straight-forward to use and works a treat!
