The iKegger Nitro Stout Tap System – Mini Keg Tap Head for Stout & Cold Brew is a nitro dispensing system for iKegger Mini Kegs and Growlers, designed for pouring stout, nitro cold brew coffee and nitro cocktails with nitrogen or N2O. The iKegger Nitro Stout Tap System – Stainless Steel Mini Keg Tap Head for Stout & Cold Brew includes a stainless steel tap head with 75 psi pressure relief valve, a stainless steel nitro stout faucet, a stainless steel cartridge holder and a silicone dip tube for drawing liquid from the keg.
The stainless steel nitro stout faucet is designed to create the dense, cascading texture required for creamy stouts, nitro cold brew coffee, espresso martinis and nitro cocktails. The cartridge holder is made from stainless steel and accepts compatible N2 or N2O capsules. The stainless steel construction makes the system durable, hygienic and suitable for repeated cleaning in beer, coffee and cocktail applications.
This nitro tap system requires N2 or N2O capsules, which are fully emptied into the keg when activated. For reliable nitro performance, around 1 litre of headspace should be left inside the keg. When filling coffee or cocktails, do not fill the keg completely to the top. For beer, the keg may be filled completely, but around 0.5 L should be poured first before injecting the N2 capsule. After injecting the gas, shake the keg briefly to help transfer the nitrogen into the drink. After that, approximately 1.5 L can be poured before a new capsule is required.

Compatibility note
The system is best suited for the 2 L iKegger Mini Keg and for iKegger Growlers with the correct adapter. It can also be used with 5 L and 10 L iKegger Kegs, but the tap sits very close to the keg due to the compact construction.
